1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product or service from MA Cloud Technologies (Private) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Delivery Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

All products and services offered by the Company are digital in nature. These include, without limitation:

• Premium software and tool subscriptions
• AI model access, API credits, and token packages
• Digital / online accounts
• Website development, recovery, SEO, security, and related professional services
• In-game currency and gaming recharges (including but not limited to PUBG UC, Free Fire diamonds, and similar top-ups)

No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is electronic as described in our Delivery Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Orders & Payment

1. Orders may be placed via our website contact form, WhatsApp, email, or other channels we publish.
2. Prices are quoted in the currency agreed at the time of order and may change without prior notice for future orders.
3. Payment must be completed before delivery of digital goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise / website projects.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or policy abuse.

5. Account Credentials & Fair Use

Where we provide login credentials, subscription access, or digital accounts:

• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
• You must not use products for illegal activity, spam, abuse, or violation of third-party platform terms.
• Resale of certain products may be restricted; ask us before bulk redistribution.
• Platform-side bans, suspensions, or policy changes by third-party providers are outside our direct control; we will assist reasonably where a genuine delivery defect is proven.

6. Website & Professional Services

For website development, recovery, SEO, protection, and similar project-based work:

• Scope, timeline, and fees will be confirmed in writing (email or chat) before work begins.
• Client delays in providing content, access, or feedback may extend delivery dates.
• Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Gaming Recharges

Game currency top-ups require accurate player IDs / UIDs. Incorrect information provided by the customer may result in irreversible delivery to the wrong account. Verify all details before confirming payment.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited. Please review the refund section in our Delivery Terms. In summary, refunds may be considered where we fail to deliver a purchased product, subject to investigation. Completed and successfully delivered digital items are generally non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and materials of MA Cloud Technologies remain our property. Third-party trademarks (Adobe, PUBG, Free Fire, OpenAI, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the products we facilitate access to.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of data, profits, or platform access. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MA Cloud Technologies (Private) Limited, its directors, and staff from claims arising from your misuse of products, inaccurate order information, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, courts in Lahore, Punjab shall have jurisdiction.
